The 2012 Tian Jian Dark Tea offers a deep, mellow flavor with earthy undertones and a hint of sweetness. Its complex aroma often includes notes of wood, dried fruit, and a subtle smokiness, a result of the fermentation and aging process. As the tea ages, its flavors continue to evolve, becoming smoother and more refined over time.
