How to prepare a delicious Chamomile Tea: Just add two to three spoons of organic Chamomile in a teapot with filter and pour boiled water, steep in for 10 minutes, filter the mixture and that's it, ready to be served hot. If you want to spice it up, you can add two spoons of Lemongrass and one spoon only of Ginger. No need for sweetener like honey or stevia, the taste will be sweet and spicy, simply delicious and full of health benefits.

How do I brew it?
Use freshly boiled water, one teabag or one teaspoon of leaf per cup, and steep 3 to 5 minutes for tea or 5 to 7 minutes for herbal blends. Good leaf can be infused more than once.
