How to prepare a delicious Chamomile Tea
Place one teabag in a cup, pour freshly boiled water and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot, or let it cool and pour over ice. For a warming twist, brew together with a Lemongrass Ginger teabag. No need for sweetener like honey or stevia: the taste is naturally sweet and gently spicy.
For your health, stay away from refined sugar as much as you can, and replace the craving for sweetness with naturally sweet herbal tea and fruit.
