Chaidim Dark Tea Tian Jian 2021 Loose Leaf Tea ชาเทียนเจี้ยน 2021 ใบชา

This Loose Leaf Tea ใบชา is made from a first flush spring 2021 harvest from wild tea trees growing in the Gao Ma village area in Hunan province.

Using an ancestral traditional method, the tea is processed in small batches and finished with a light smoke using pine wood.

It has an exquisite addictive taste of wood fire, with hints of japanese dashi broth, seaweed, kombu and bonito flakes. An excellent tea for special occasions. 

It can be aged further but it is already a delight to enjoy now.

ชาเทียนเจี้ยน ผลิตจากการเก็บเกี่ยวครั้งแรกในฤดูใบไม้ผลิปี 2021 จากต้นชาป่าที่ปลูกในพื้นที่หมู่บ้านเกาหม่าในมณฑลหูหนาน โดยใช้วิธีดั้งเดิมของบรรพบุรุษ ชาจะถูกแปรรูปเป็น และจบด้วยการรมควันจางๆ โดยใช้ไม้สน มีรสชาติที่ชวนให้ติดใจกลิ่นสโมคของไฟฟืน พร้อมด้วยกลิ่นน้ำซุปแบบญี่ปุ่น สาหร่าย เทียนเจี้ยนเป็นชาชั้นเลิศสำหรับโอกาสพิเศษ

เราสามารถเก็บรักษาให้เป็นชาที่มีอายุมากขึ้นได้ แต่ตอนนี้ชาก็อร่อย รสชาติดี น่ายินดีให้ได้เพลิดเพลินแล้ว
