Red Oolong Tea | Made in Thailand

Red Dragon Oolong Tea comes from the High Mountain of Doi Mae Fa Luang, in the Northern Province of Chiang Rai, in Thailand.

Let's compare two red Oolong teas as in the picture below:

Red Dragon Oolong is on the left and Ruby Oolong is on the right. Both teas come from the same province, Chiang Rai, in Thailand. Red Dragon has been crafted by a Chinese tea master and Ruby Oolong by a Taiwanese tea master. When I say a tea master, I talk about men with 50 years of experience, since their teenage years, dealing with all the stages involved in the crafting of a great tea.

Similar to a wine production, tea masters refine their art with time .... only true experience can dictate the rules of crafting a great tea, a grand Cru !
